How do I place my order?

  1. 1. Online: Once you have found the item(s) you require simply add them into your shopping basket and proceed to our easy to use checkout. When you have finished entering your details click on the confirm button.

  2. 2. Telephone: Our dedicated team are available Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm, Saturday 9am - 1pm to take your order on 01792 583000.

  3. 3. Post: We accept payment by cheque or postal orders to the address below. For security reasons Wheelies ask that no credit card details are sent in the post.

Christmas Delivery

For guaranteed UK Christmas delivery please order bikes before 5pm, Tuesday 19th December and all other items before 12pm, Wednesday 20th December. Guaranteed Christmas delivery applies to items with the stock message 'Available for Christmas' delivery below the option/size (in green). Products with one or more size/colour available for Christmas delivery also have a banner at the top of the page to indicate this. If you have any questions regarding Christmas delivery, or would like to purchase after this date and want to know if your item can arrive before Christmas, please call us on 01792 583000.

What are the delivery costs?

We offer Free UK Delivery on all orders.

*Including: Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Scottish Islands.

Standard delivery is normally 2 - 5 working days.

International Delivery

For international orders please visit our desktop site or phone us 01792 583000. Regrettably we are unable to take international orders on our mobile site.

Next day delivery

Next day delivery is available on qualifying products when you order on our desktop site or over the phone. Unfortunately this option is not currently available on our mobile site.

What guarantees do you provide?

Thanks to the Distance Selling Regulations you can buy in confidence knowing that you have the same if not better guarantees than if you were to purchase from a retail store. For example, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days, starting from the day after you receive the goods. All products are sourced from official UK importers and covered by manufacturers warranty.

When will my order arrive?

We always aim to despatch your goods with 24 hours of receipt of your order. If due to availability this is not possible we will contact you to keep you informed.

How will my cycle purchase arrive?

We pride ourselves on going that extra step to ensure you will be satisfied with your cycle, that is why Wheelies have boxes tailor made.

Will my cycle be a flat pack?

All cycles supplied are fully built and made ready to ride by Cytech qualified technicians before the pedals are removed and the handlebars turned in order to repackage.

When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged on the day of despatch. If for any reason part orders are despatched you will only be charged for the goods on that consignment.

The excess payment for Insurance Customers may be taken prior to the despatch date.

Please note that if you pay via PayPal your payment is taken instantly. It is not possible to delay PayPal payments and you may therefore pay before despatch takes place.

I am not happy with a product/service . How do I make a complaint?

We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and will try to rectify any problems you may have. You can email us at sales@wheelies.co.uk or write to the above address. We will acknowledge receipt and set about resolving the situation immediately.
